01. Scope of Engagement
By utilizing PackShip Pro assets or services, you agree to adhere to our global operational protocols. These terms govern the transportation, warehousing, and management of industrial cargo across our network.
02. Cargo Declarations
Clients are strictly required to provide accurate technical specifications for all cargo. Hazardous materials, high-value electronics, and oversized industrial machinery must be declared under specific regulatory codes prior to induction into our fleet.
03. Liability & Indemnification
Our liability is governed by international maritime and aviation law frameworks (including the Hague-Visby and Montreal Conventions). We recommend supplemental cargo insurance for all critical industrial assets.
04. Terminal Operations
Access to PackShip terminals is restricted to authorized personnel. All site visits must follow our OSHA-certified safety protocols, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
05. Logistics Fees & Payment
Operational costs are calculated based on engineered routing complexity and prevailing fuel/port surcharges. Payments are processed via electronic transfer, due within 30 days of service execution.
